Do not trust this company!!! I placed an order for a coral in April for almost seven hundred dollars. It is now September and I have not received the order they stated was in stock. I have exchanged over 40 emails with the company requesting a refund. They are completely unwilling to offer that as an option. They keep telling me they will get me my order and new shipments are coming and then they go silent. I have to now contact my bank to report this as fraud. They have taken my money for no product.

I placed an order on 1 April 2020 for approximately $180. On 7 April I sent a follow up to see if there was a delivery estimate and recieved a prompt response indicating that COVID 19 was having an impact to staff so the order would be another 2-3 weeks. Since that email I have received no further communication even though I have sent 2 more emails simply asking for an update. No order received and no communication as to why. If the owner chooses to respond to this posting please keep in mind I have all of my emails and confirmation of order so you can't claim I never ordered from you.

I bought about $370 worth of stuff from them. Got free shipping. Didn’t think I was going to get my order, but I did. It took longer than I thought it should have, about 2 months, but the sizes of the items where better than what I had asked for because of the delay. I feel that I got hooked up because of the time it took. Gave me a couple of extra corals to make up the time it took. All the corals and fish I received where in good shape and all lived. The owner called me personally and helped me with my order. If I ever need a large order for my tank, I will be returning.

Ok gather around everyone and let me tell you all a tale. So let me start off by saying that if I could do 0 stars I would and I know a lot of people say this in bad reviews but it is truly what I feel this company deserves. I have placed two separate orders with this company and neither were good expierences( actually that is an understatement ). The original order I placed was for a sponge and after 3 weeks of hearing nothing on the status of my order I gave them a call and I did actually talk to someone who informed me that the spong was still growing and would be ready in a few weeks and would keep me updated on its progress. Well guess what they didn’t, a literal month went by without hearing anything! So at this point I called them again with no one answering and I left a message

Prices are way too good to be true. I emailed them about a few items. 8 days and no response. Unacceptable for an online company. Almost bit the bullet on a $600+ order. Glad I checked here and on BBB. Complaints range from zero communication to people never getting their items. Won't be placing that order I suppose.
