Appletree Veterinary Clinic

Recently on a Monday I took my beloved deaf kitty to Appletree. When the Vet examined his eye, she didn’t know what was wrong & said she’d have to research it & get back to me the end of the week. No call…… so the following Monday I called her office. I was told she (vet) was in surgery & that either she (vet) or the girl answering my call would get back to me. NEVER heard from anyone at Appletree. Thanks but no thanks. My kitty deserved much better so….. I went to a very dependable, compassionate Vet, Sara Bliss in Newcomerstown. She DEFINITELY will get my business from now on. Katrina, I’m very disappointed in your so called professionalism. I hope you don’t treat others like this because it’s very unfair to clients who pay you for not being truthful & completely taking care of pets nee

I really hate to leave a negative review but do think pet owners should be aware of what they’re getting into. I have a dog that does not do well with other dogs. They were able to accommodate this, but I had to remind them 3 times and make sure no other dogs would be near him. The vet didn’t introduce herself, had no bedside manner or kindness towards my dog. She was rude to her staff, instantly started squeezing putting him into some weird hold that I would never attempt with any dog. He’s a rescue, anxious and clearly not used to that environment. Previous vets have had treats, distractions, toys.. literally anything to make it feel nicer in there but they had nothing. It didn’t even feel like an exam room. I have taken all of my animals to Appletree for over 20 years. They may not be the most “kitchy” vet, but they are affordable, provide great care and Dr. Katrina and her staff have always gone out of their way for us. We mostly have our cats, but have taken our dog there when she was with us.

Great Vet, tech and front office staff. Prices reasonable and they take good care of my doggies.

No stars if i could. ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!! I hope this place gets closed down. For starters this place it is extremely extremely dirty. The veterinarian is probably the rudest person ive ever met. I'm 37 weeks pregnant and she sat there acting like i was a menace to society and the worst pet owner ever because i thought my dog had a UTI. Another note this place smelled like a crematory 🤮.These places aren't booked up and there's a reason to it!!Take the time and schedule ahead at a trusted Vet Clinic!! This is the Worst Vet Clinic in town!!!
