I had an amazing experience with Juan and I can’t recommend him enough. We did a board and train program for my Cane Corso, and the results have truly exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, Juan kept us consistently updated on our dog’s progress and regularly sent us videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even recommended multiple training programs that would best suit my dog’s specific needs. I never once felt like he was trying to upsell me or push unnecessary services. His focus was always on what was genuinely best for my dog. What impressed me most is how much my dog trusts him. I am working with a patient who needs help training her new, very energetic dog (likely due to her breed) so the dog can eventually provide emotional support. James took the time to understand her needs and helped us identify the best program fit. Even better, the cost is affordable for a senior on a fixed income. My experience with Apex training was a positive and very eye opening experience. With positive reinforcement and tools my Trueno is a well mannered pup and highly skilled. Would recommend 100% to anyone who is struggling to communicate with their pup and also want a good positive relationship.
