Animal Wellness Center of the Poconos

I was so hopeful after Dr. Church closed his office when I found out Dr. wayne was practicing at this clinic. I thought I found a good place to take my furbabies. However after first vist, I never received the meds for my cat, seems like they do not have an in house pharmacy and they do not follow up as promised, yet still i tried to give it another chance until recently i had a serious issue with my cat, left message to get an appointment during business hours and never received a call back! I do not think they are actually open unless they decide to take a client, so that is strange especially when they didn't call back! I heard Dr. wayne was a good veternarian, but something is very OFF with this animal hopsital, to my disappointment!

I used Dr Wayne years ago he was always loving and caring with my pets. I recently went to him for my Cat and he was excellent I felt so much better when I left and so did my cat.His staff is great, Sue made this visit happen, she is very Caring and Understanding. Still waiting for the lab on my cat they never released. We gave in our cat with a bloating issue, they took blood from her as they said extremely weak neck, and she couldn’t meow and had issues breathing. She died 2 days later. Made us pay hundreds in labs and still never gave us a call back or an update on the lab.

When i called, I got an office visit immediately. Maybe it was just luck, but it was much needed. In and out within 20 minutes. I'm taking the rest of my furbabies here from now on!

It's an excellent place, the people are great. The vet is on top of his game. No complaints at all about this place!
