Thank you, Lisa! She was recommended by two trusted friends of mine, Sarah and Cathy, for my dog Jake! He is 10 and had injured his ligament in his right ankle last spring and unfortunately his other one has taken the toll from him favoring the injured one. I had a brace fitted for him after his injury, instead of surgery, although made well, and fit him well, he thought he had to hold it in the air like he did with the injured leg, so it hasn’t been used like it should have been (partly my fault, as I work longer hours and should have made him use it more) Lisa was so gentle with him when looking him over for the first time and also fitted him with a Help Me Up Harness, which I highly recommend! I had such a wonderful experience at Animal Wellness and Healing Center! I had the opportunity to see both Dr. Mellech and Dr. Hamilton, and they were both incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. As a new puppy owner, it means everything to feel confident and comfortable with the veterinary care my puppy is receiving, and I truly trust them with her care. The entire team was welcoming, patient, and thorough. I’m so grateful to have found such a great place for my puppy!

The team at Animal Wellness & Healing Center is wonderful! From reception to therapy to the doctor - everyone genuinely cares for the well being of our dog Sullivan. Our therapist Lisa goes above and beyond to ensure the best therapy plan for him. Dr Mellech and Lisa took their time with him as well as me to create a non invasive treatment plan. I never feel rushed during an appointment nor that any question isn’t worth answering.

Dr. Melnick and staff are wonderful. My dog loves coming to see them. He gets very excited stands up and does a little dance in the car when we pull in. He’s very excited to visit with the staff and especially Lisa! She does therapy on my dog to bring some comfort and makes him more active and he has been in a long time. It’s sad when your pets get old and Infirmed. They have done a great job in making his golden Years more comfortable.

Every single person that I have interacted with at this amazing veterinary clinic has been top notch! They are caring, kind, and have a great rapport with me and my pretty high maintenance dog!! They always make sure that we are both comfortable and understand everything!
