Animal Urgent Care

Dr. Kidd took great care of my kitty and was excellent with the acupuncture treatment. We also have outdoor cats that have needed urgent same-day care, and every time the staff has been kind, courteous, and helpful. It’s comforting to know they’re always there when we need them.

We brought in our kitten Zues he was approx 8 weeks old .. he was a stay and had a seizure supposedly from parasites .. I told doc . Kid something was wrong I was told over and over he was perfectly okay and they dewormed him and sent him on his way even though his glucose was low ..I tired to convey that he was not well .. due to myself having prior animal knowledge.. I was assuming they would keep him.. as soon as I brought him home I knew he was not right .. I called again in time to get him to the primary vet where they told me they would transfer him to their er vet care and be put on iv fluids .. we picked him um the next day where they just handed him to me an said “here’s your cat” no explanation or nothing “hes fine you can give him syrup or honey if you think he needs it “ … no s

My experience here was amazing. Brought my cat in that was having some problems. Dr. Kidd did all kinds of tests on her. Found out she has hyperthyroidism. Got me what we needed for her. Had another procedure done. Now she is home doing great. I recommend them for sure.

Saved our dog’s life! Dr.Kidd and her dedicated staff of caring assistants are a blessing to our community. Dr. Kidd diagnosed our dogs medical issue, operated on her, removed a large mass that was restricting her small intestine and bladder and reattached her intestine which was damaged by the mass and she saved our Aggie’s life. The cost was not astronomical, not cheap but very fair. This clinic is a godsend to our community. Thank you Dr. Kidd and every one of you wonderful folks at Animal Urgent Care. Aggie is home and sleeping on her favorite couch, as it should be. We are grateful for your talent, and your kindness. “Smoochy Spice” says thank you too!

Incredible staff. Very worth it to bring our pets here from WW! Calm environment and gentle staff that make our dogs, who had bad experiences at other vets, feel at ease. And so great to have an Urgent Care!
