Animal Urgent Care Center

My 14 year old cat had gotten so sick from his pancreatitis on a weekend when our regular vet was closed. I called them on a Sunday and was told to be there when they opened at 2. The compassion and care they showed us was second to none. They took care of him and after the euthanasia let us stay with him as long as we wanted. We had him cremated. I was so upset when I left I couldn’t remember if they said to call them by end of the week or they would call us. I called on Thursday evening and was asked to hold. Since I figured thru were busy and I didn’t have a sick animal I hung up. Not long after a sweet little girl called me back and was so apologetic that she left me on hold for so long. Just wanted to say Thank You for all your kindness when we came there for euthanasia for our dog. They treated us and our baby boy with such kindness and helped us through the difficult process. Yes we waited a while but it was a Saturday and they were busy with other animals as well. We didn’t mind the wait it gave us some extra time to say goodbye to our baby.

I'm singing high praises for the vet and all of the staff that took such great care of my cat, Piper. She had been sick for 4 days and wasn't doing well at all. After their diagnosis, they provided us with everything we would need and have followed up with several calls. I recommend them highly!! I can't thank them enough for saving my girl!!

Thank you to the entire staff for taking care of Joey! They were so great with him, and I also took notice how fantastic and patient they were with everyone else who came in while I was there. They also called me the next day to see how Joey was doing. They made sure he got the care and meds needed, and my sweet pup is on the road to recovery from an eye abrasion and infection.

Took my cat here on a Saturday evening. He was barely eating anything and had not urinated for almost 10 hours. Dr. Shondrick and her staff were exceptional with his care♡ He had pancreatitis. He was almost back to his normal behavior withing 48 hours(trying eat the other cat's food, very vocal, and wanting cuddles. It's an emergency vet, so we did have a wait, but I worked in the ER and know about having patience. They reviewed the treatment and you can specialize it yo your financial situation(as needed).
