Animal Urgent Care

I am so glad I took my baby Winston to the Animal Urgent Care in Burbank. When he had a series of siezures I rushed him to another urgent care, but had an interaction that felt cold and it didnt feel right, on top of the incredible cost, so I immediately rushed him here instead, and I'm so glad I did, no matter what the outcome. The entire staff were very kind and I could feel their empathy when I needed it most. It must be the hardest job to be part of some of the most difficult times and decisions in people's lives. The doctor was straight forward and completely informative while also remaining very empathetic and understanding. A few days later, my boy had his last siezure and they were about to close, but I was able to hold him and take him back in knowing they would care for him. I do

The way they all went about it made me feel like they as well, cared for my dog and his life. I had the best experience at this urgent care! They took such great care of my dog when her dew claw broke. They were kind and extremely knowledgeable. Alicia (I believe that is her name) that works at the front desk was the best! She truly made the experience as positive as it could be. It was also very affordable in comparison to other urgent cares. Will 100% take my dogs here for all our urgent care needs!

Dr. Berman and their entire team (vet techs and admin team) are exceptional! It's always stressful when your dog is unwell and showing symptoms, prompting you to seek urgent care. However, the team at Animal Urgent Care is extremely kind and compassionate. They really do care for the animals and their humans. They cared for my dog quickly, and I appreciated the walk-through with the vet regarding our treatment options/plan. Their team is efficient and responds promptly to emergencies.
