I would not go here to groom your dog. I got terrible feelings dropping off my dog. When I picked him up they told me to just go back and grab him from the crates of dogs waiting in a loud hot room with industrial fans pointed right at the crates. My dog is very anxious and hates baths in the first place so this was a terrible environment for him. I felt terrible for leaving him there I feel as if I traumatized him. All that aside he started to smell a few days later again and he’s an indoor dog.

They do a great job! Been using them for years.

I absolutely do not recommend having your dog washed here Go to soapy paws where they actually like dogs. My dog was put in front of a fan in a cage to dry we picked him up after they had him all day for just a bath and the groomers left him in a cage (and went home) we had to look for his collar seriously go to soapy paws I have had no issues with them and have been going to them for over a year now. I would never take my dog back to these people

Don’t bring your animals in here they will call animal control or dnr and have them wast tax payers money chasing you around to look at your healthy animal. The older gentleman was very rude and the young lady at the cash register didn’t even respond when I talked to her!!

When I called to make an appointment I could barely hear due to my dogs barking and my hearing problem. Asked her to speak a little louder then she yelled in my ear. Then I spoke to her in person and she DENIED yelling. Later spoke to the manager and she said there’s nothing she can do about it. Very unprofessional. I will NOT return here.
