Dr. Olga is a savior, The service was impeccable, the treatment professional. I thought my poor baby was dying She and her staff saved him. We're kind and caring thru ever step. I'm grateful God made her a Dr. I will support her and her practice forever. Top notch.

This clinic is amazing. The name is misleading, they do a lot more than sterilization. Their prices are way lower than other places. Very reasonable. My dog Diego just had several tumors removed, 2 of them quite large. Thanks to Doctor Olga Aballi Neninger he has a second chance at life. He is 14 years old and doing great 2 weeks after surgery. Her nurse (who was actually a full vet in Cuba) is the sweetest and my dog absolutely loves her. Both are attentive and you can tell they really care about my pets. I am so lucky I finally found a great vet for all my pets!

Arrived early and was seen early for my first ever visit. Dr. Neninger, Nurse Kayla, and Maria were courteous and I was impressed with how well the Dr. interacted with my feline. The staff all are bilingual with English and Spanish. The lobby was clean and smelled fresh. I did not see a lot of parking and the lot is small but I was able to park without issue. I was happy with the care my cat received and I believe that I will make ASIS my permanent place for veterinarian care.

I have to say that I a m so very pleased with Dr. Olga's professionalism. She and her staff are caring and they listen to the pet owner'x concern, worries and above all, they allow to ask questions. Dr. Olga gave me a good and detailed explanation of my cat's condition and for me, that has no price. I highly recommend her and her clinic. The service, staff, cleanness and care is superb. Absolutely do not recommend this place. Is it not protocol to refrain from giving a pickup time on an animal who’s in critical condition? I will not be disclosing where I work but I will tell you that I work with animals & we’re not even allowed to give a wait time to the lobby or confirm nor deny if a pet that’s been brought in can be euthanized so I’m failing to understand why you guys thought it was appropriate to give a pickup time to my friend who’s pet was in chronic condition. There are rules vets need to follow & this situation is a perfect example of why protocol is in place. You guys called her to say his condition was improving only to call a few hours later to inform her he had died. I would not have had an issue with this if you guys didn’t give her a pickup time for the next
