Holly was incredible. She treated Brisbane so kindly and my dog usually is quite shaky and nervous and she wasn’t nervous at all being handled by Holly. She really took time to listen to how I wanted her cut and did an incredible job. My pup also has sensitive skin and she had a great option that’s really helped with that sensitivity. 12/10 and so fairly priced. $85 for my small 15lb pup and you just can’t find that these days.

I take my English Bulldog there to get her toenails clipped. She does not like getting this done but they are very good with her and she has yet to complain. The groomers are very accommodating and skilled at their craft.

I brought my 2 dogs (pomeranians) to this groomer. The first time i dropped them off and when i came back to get them the work was fine, they looked good. Although, both of them were very lethargic and their behavior was a bit off. Their behavior was always very hyper and usually overly friendly and barely able to remain still. Now they were lethargic and just laid there. I didn't really think much of it though. I told the groomer she somehow seemed to wear them out. She didnt tell me there were aby issues or complaints. The prices were ok, and they looked good so i didnt think much. Both dogs were back to being their overly energetic and untrained selves after a couple days. About 6 weeks later, i brought them back and dropped them off and once again both seemed to be lethargic and see

Even though there are great reviews here, don't take any chances on your loved ones. Your dog might be the next victim. I took my 2 multipoos to get their first salon visit, and they had a horrible experience: after a few hours, I noticed one of them got 3 of their toe nails clipped way into the nerves and was bleeding. He was licking his feet with blood on it all night. The reason I went there to begin with, is because I saw dogs coming out of there that were amazing. As I got into the salon, I noticed dogs were shaking and scared. What should have tipped me off that this was a second rate dog salon, was that they wanted me to pay in "cash only", and didn't want to give me a receipt at first. Adrienne and everyone working at the salon are amazing!!! I have a Pomeranian Husky and after coming here I only trust them to groom her. I have now moved to Orange County but still make the 2+ hour trip to get my Pomsky groomed. Really good prices too! Adrienne is my personal favorite, she always gives me advice and is obvious she has years and years of experience. You can also tell her love for all animals is genuine!!!
