Animal Rescue Rhode Island

Great place to find your new best friend. My last three dogs have come from here, all rescued from the South. Adopted three 'lab mixes' but they turned out to be two hound dogs and a feist. Lol. Ten times the trouble but worth it.

I've visited this rescue several times. They are are wonderful ❤️ with the kitty cats. Other people visit and spend time playing with the cats also. They are very committed to making all the individual cat personalities welcomed and comfortable. The space has always be very clean and monitored. I have not been to other parts of the facility. I have seen some very nice people walking dogs with great care. I have not heard as much barking as I expected from the dog kennels. I believe this is a good sign they are well taken care of also. The tuff part is all the animals need and deserve real homes. Until they all find loving new homes this is a safe caring place.

I recently finished a community service that I needed to do at this animal rescue league. The staff was wonderful the animals are Cared for wonderfully. The place is cleaner than my house. It’s literally spotless. The attitude is fun joyful just a pleasant place to go to. If you’re looking for a rescue pet cats and dogs. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a cat or a dog. It’s worth checking this place out in my opinion not that I’m an expert but from what I can see. It’s Simply a wonderful atmosphere so if you want a dog or a cat, take a look.

I love it here! Of course because of the cutie animals. You can go in and look at all the cats and potentially take them out to pet them if a volunteer or worker is there. Unfortunately not the dogs because they get anxious easier, but still a great experience. And the staff is so friendly

We got our kitten from here. It was extremely clean and the cat room animals were well taken care of. The staff and volunteers were all sweet and knowledgeable. We are glad we adopted from Animal Rescue RI
