My husband and got a house in October and we realized we wanted a fur-baby and we found this place it said it was a 8 minute drive and so we where excited and my husband also found the dog he had sponsored (yes we have proof of that) and my husband was so happy to have seen that dog again (husband works in construction so wr could afford the dog) anyways we had 2 questions just too easy and simple question 1.Is the address online was correct? 2.Can we go see the animals? Very simple questions in my opinion right? Will the lady that answer the phone answers when I was leaving a voice message meaning she could have been sitting behind the desk ignoring phone calls (had the call on speaker and my phone records so got proof of that as will ) she didn't state who she was she just said *in a rud

I spoke with one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. It was clear they cared more about money and turning people in than actually helping a mother dog and her two pups out of a bad living situation. Rather than focusing on getting the animals to safety, the emphasis was on reporting and blaming others. They even suggested my son should be reported, despite the fact that the dogs were placed on his property without his knowledge or permission. When animals are suffering, the priority should be helping them—not pointing fingers, assigning blame, or treating concerned people with disrespect.

My mom has been in contact about 2 siamese kittens for a couple weeks now. She was told to get our other cats up-to-date on a couple of things they needed first. Accordingly, we took our other 2 cats in to the vet and spent around $300 getting them ready for the 2 new cats. Then we are told that another lady is getting them and not us. So we spent all that money for nothing. Not only that, but we had our house set up for them too. We are extremely crushed and disappointed. We will not be back.

Nice clean place, staff is very helpful. Would recommend if you want a cat, adopt from Animal Refuge.

Put in an application for one of the cats because I want to adopt one so my cat has someone to play with. I put one in last week at petco. It’s been a week and haven’t even received a phone call. I’ve called 3 times different days and no one picks up the phone. Don’t know how you want cats to be adopted if your not even calling people who put in applications
