Animal People Pet Sitting & Dog Walking

I have used Abbie for pet sitting and dog walking for a few years now. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. My pets adore her. She walks my pups at least twice every week. Abbie is very reliable. She has never missed a visit. Sometimes I need a last minute visit and I love the fact that she does the best to accommodate me if possible. I have never had any issues with her. During my knee surgery last year I had a chance to observe my pups greet her when she came to walk them and it is obvious they adore her! She takes the best pictures of the pets and always texts you and lets you know how the visit went.

We first worked with Abbie after Ashley had to step away from this part of the business. At first we were worried that she may not live up to the incredible service that we were used to from Ashley, but man were we mistaken!! Abbie is INCREDIBLE and we feel so safe with her taking care of our 3 rabbits and dog. Rabbits are considered an exotic species and they can be very delicate to take care of, so whoever we use to pet sit has to have a keen eye for behavior, good communication, and enough care to pay closely attention to our pets. One time we had a bunny not behaving quite normal, and Abbie squeezed in an additional visit later in her day to check on him even though her schedule was already full!! Abbie is so great with our young and high energy Labrador. Our dog, Magnolia, looks forward to her walks with Abbie every week. Abbie also has done a great job taking care of Maggie when we go out of town. Abbie cares so much for Magnolia and I know she is always in great hands when Abbie comes. She is able to balance giving her lots of love and attention, with also making sure Magnolia is practicing her manners. I would highly recommend Abbie and Ashley, and Animal People, to anyone looking for a pet walking or pet sitting service!

Abbie watched and walked my dogs many times and they absolutely ADORE her! She is so caring and trust worthy with my fur babies, I don’t know if i would ever want someone else watching them. I know I can rely on her and never worry about any issues with their care.

Abbie is the BEST! She loves and takes care of our 3 dogs and 1 cat quite often. We honestly feel SO grateful to have her and to be able to count on her. When we are away traveling, she makes our lives so much easier when we have peace knowing she is there loving on them and watching them! I also think our dogs LOVE getting to see her too. It's like a staycation for them!
