Our visit was absolutely one of the best. We bought in our cat suffering with a growth on his neck which is malignant. The vet techs were professional, friendly and made us feel at ease. Boo Boo was taken for his exam and following that, our vet came in to give us the results of the exam. She explained everything about the mass on BooBoo's throat and all of the implications that meant to his health. We felt very comfortable with her and were very pleased that she took the time to make sure we understood the process. She offered us a couple of options for the chemo that needs to follow the surgery to remove the mass. Pleasantly surprised at the charge for the exam since we have used other services in Canton that charge more for less service. This is one of the best!

The Front Desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The Veterinarians are very attentive and thorough. They take time to discuss the plan of care with you . We have seen Dr’s Duprel and Batten and are always please with their care.

Our new vet is awesome. Every single person working there has been kind and professional. They follow up after a visit and answer any questions or concerns you may have. I feel like my dog is receiving quality care. They also have a dog and cat side in their waiting room, which I think is very thoughtful.

We always drop off and pick for shots due to premed . This last time I was almost 30 min after closing (due to traffic)and there was a lady still waiting for me. Bless her heart! I know she wanted to go home, but I can’t thank you enough! You are the best! I have always been pleased with any of the vets we hear.

Had a great experience. Just moved to town and had to put my baby girl chihuahua down due to old age and ailments. I showed up with no appointment and the were really great about fitting me in. The doc and her tech were both kind and understanding about my situation. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
