Misdiagnosed my cat. She said his kidneys were shutting down due to old age. We took him to Kaufman and found that his kidneys were shutting down but due to a abscessed tooth, not his age. How can you miss that? We had to have him euthanized. We will never use her services again nor would I recommend you using her. We were warned by word of mouth but learned the hard way. I miss my cat "Grey".

One of the best veterinarians I have ever experienced she cares about animals she cares about people you will not go wrong taking your pet to Ms. Lisa she's very reasonable on pricing she she will tell you your care options and give you options about what to do this is the second dog I've taken to her wonderful lady highly recommended

I will start by saying thank you for the extreme hope they gave me for my baby girl my little Chihuahua her name being yum yum she's was like no other well they treated the whole thing very special to me but she has passed now and they are still working with me thank y'all for your hard work

Lisa Jones is the #1 vet in my book in this entire area. This is the second time I have used her and give 5 stars for both times. Ole Jack is 18 now and probably would not be if she had not of worked him in on 4/29/2013 after taking him in because he was favoring his rt front leg for several days then did not want to get up... one of my good neighbors had shot him with buckshot and she removed them and he is still with us current photo included. On this visit I had called earlier for Tropper my Cheiwenner:MEXICAN HOTDOG because of diarrhea and vomiting up every thing he ate to see what to give him .was told try Pepto and see No luck and when I called fri morning was told no appointments this week and I explained how bad he was and was told to bring him in before 11:30 and would be walk in

Terrible first time experience with this vet! Our dog is a 17 month old pup and hasn’t had shots since he was a puppy. He was not happy about them and freaked out a little bit. The Vet was very unprofessional and called our pet names right in front of us! They continued to hold him down and seemed very irritated and impatient with him. It put a very bad taste in our mouths and we will not be back! There prices are much cheaper than other vets but I promise it’s not worth it in the long run. If they will treat a pet like that in front of its owners I’d hate to see how they would treat one if we weren’t around!
