Animal Medical Clinic

Had a wonderful experience with the clinic. Unfortunately, the occasion was sad - we had to say goodbye to our elderly, terminally ill Dobie. Doctor and the team were very delicate, tactful and patient. I was given ample time with my pup after he passed. I wasn’t rushed. He was retuned to me in a nice urn and a tasteful bag. The clinic also sent a sympathy card, which was a nice touch. The package itself was very reasonably priced. Everything was peaceful and left a good feeling.

I have taken my dogs to this vet for 6 years. A couple weeks ago they tried to run my care credit credit card and couldn't get it to work on the laptop. I told the older lady with the short dark gray hair they always use the card machine and slide it. She replied "no they don't". She kept trying and I kept telling her the same thing. Finally she looked at me and said that I was wrong and they have never done that. I told her how rude she was and her customer service sucked. I paid with my debit card instead. I proceeded to tell the other lady thank you for her kindness and customer service and the rude one basically called me a liar when I wasn't even soeaking to her. Fast forward to today....I get a letter discharging my pet from their services. Stating I berated her. I never raised my vo

This is a wonderful veterinary practice. The staff members are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The vets are professional, very knowledgeable, kind, and caring. The prices are reasonable too.

Used to be one of the “best” clinics in Monticello. Gone STRAIGHT DOWN HILL. The offfice staff is rude like they hate their job (nobody made you work there) the old lady at the front desk (surprised she’s still alive) is probably one of the WORST people to meet first. Dr. Davis used to care but I guess the money has gone to his head, no shock there. The girls in the back have no experience they can’t even perform a simple nail trim. About the only decent one at that office is Dr.Cone. The office ran so much better and seemed to care about animals when Dr. Baxley was still apart of the team. Anyways long story short don’t call them with an emergency because they won’t care, they will not help you. Your best bet is to call a vet I Tallahassee atleast they like what they do and they care

We have been going here for 28 years, they have an excellent caring staff of Vets and techs. Prices are very reasonable. Both of my Dachshunds love them
