Animal Medical Center

Our experience was lovely! We had a rat with an abscess that needed minor surgery; from start to finish, the vet and staff were very nice and considerate. The actual surgery itself only took a few hours and healed perfectly, and the cost was very reasonable (way cheaper than a vet in Indy that we'd previously gone to). The only inconvenience was the need to set up the initial appointment 3 weeks out. We'll happily keep bringing our rats here for all their care!

We can’t say enough good things about Animal Medical Center (AMC). The entire staff is compassionate, professional, and truly dedicated to the animals they care for. We especially want to recognize Dr. Smith, who has cared for our pets for many years and recently helped us through the heartbreaking loss of our beloved cat, Ollie. Dr. Smith had treated Ollie on several occasions leading up to his diagnosis and was always caring, thorough, and communicative. When Ollie was undergoing a diagnostic procedure, Dr. Smith personally called us while he was still under anesthesia to explain what they had found—an inoperable cancer in his airway. Love this place. I’ve taken JJ her a few times and everytime they were quick, very responsive, and gave my cat good care and, myself good advice. I’ve tried a good few vets and would recommend AMC to anyone who wants good care for a low price.

After moving to this area we needed to find a new vet for our two dogs. AMC is very clean, modern, and professional. Appointment scheduling was easy and we are happy to be new clients.

They are so friendly and professional and always help with all of our pet care needs at affordable prices. They also accept Care Credit which is so helpful for the times you have immediate needs that may not quite fit into your current budget. They are the best priced around that I have found and yet they still provide amazing care!
