Animal Medical Center

Today I left this office after 4 years and will never look back. My frustration comes after a series of unacceptable mistakes that public needs to know. My personal mistake was to keep going to this place due to the amazing reviews so I thought that I was just having bad luck. We start a couple of years ago with an ear infection when the dog came back from the back of the office with the wrong ear treated. About 1 y and a half ago I brought my dog in for limping, dr Kim diagnosed elbow’s arthritis, 2 light walk a day for the rest of his life. Nothing to really do about it. It sounded dumb to me since the dog was only 3 y old so I contacted an orthopedic, the orthopedic removed a broken anaconeal process that dr Kim didn’t see at the XRay and talked to me about a very modern treatment which

We have one dog that goes here and they are all the sweetest to her! Not only that, I am getting a new puppy and had SO many questions about vaccines and their process because we had a HORRIBLE experience with Vetco vaccination clinic with our other dog. Nathan was INCREDIBLY nice, patient and informative! I kept attacking him with questions and he answered every single one with such care and understanding! LOVED THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This place is absolutely overpriced and unfair. Came in here because my dog needed an allergy shot. I also told them I did not need to run a lot of tests because I needed to keep my price reasonably within means. They gave my dog an allergy shot and told me it was $400! Without ever discussing the fee before. Absolutely unacceptable! If you’re going to administer medicine, one single shot that’s $400. You need to discuss that with your client ahead of time! They agreed to discount me 20% but I was still stuck paying $320 for a single allergy shot! Horrible practice to administer medicine without discussing in advance what the price would be !! Will never return

I recently started going here because my previous vet closed and I’m so incredibly happy with them. My dog had a paw injury and over the course of a week they saw her several times, once without an appointment, and the staff was prompt, kind, communicative, they even followed up with phone calls the next day. The pricing was reasonable and I felt Dr Kim truly cared for my dogs recovery. She’s healthy and happy now and I’m going back here again. Highly recommend this one.

We have been bringing all our pets to the Animal Medical Center for around 20 years. The service is amazing! We thank Dr. Oh and his staff not only for helping our animals medically but also for all the sincere affection they show them.
