Animal Medical Center I-35

Found an injured kitten on the side of the road. Animal Medical Center was moments away, thank goodness!! He got immediate attention and I was handled with great professional courtesy and kindness. I left him there for care while I went to my hotel to start calling everyone and every rescue between here and the Rio Grande to find a home for him. The good news is that he was not seriously injured. The better news is that one of the staff there has fallen in love with this little one because he is so sweet and so very, very handsome--she is taking him home! ALL of the staff are so kind and knowledgeable! They take the time to educate their guests about what they are doing, what each shot is, and really show their love for the animals that come through their doors. Dr. Farr has been amazing with my two pups! I truly appreciate the wonderful job they do!

I love how Dr Krenek and staff make both our sweet dog and us feel like family. We always feel very well cared for by all the staff from the front desk to the techs and the Dr’s as well. We highly recommend this practice to all our friends

I can’t say enough about Animal Medical Center I-35. We just recently moved to Edmond area and had been there once already and saw Dr. Farr who was wonderful. Then last Friday I called to get appointment for my dog who I knew was needing immediate attention. Front desk receptionist got us in immediately and we saw Dr. Crockett. After thorough tests, my dog had to have his spleen removed. Dr. Crockett was amazing! Took the time to answer all our questions before and after surgery. He also called to check on our dog who is healing wonderfully. The Front Desk, the Dr’s and vet techs are all great! Do not hesitate!! They are the best!

Excellent experience from calling for an appointment to arriving to smiling faces eager to help my fur baby Chozen. Large clean & comfortable exam room. Wendy the Vet Tech was very helpful and explained everything. Dr Crockett provided a detailed assessment of Chozen. He provided a plan of action after diagnosis. I never felt rushed. All my questions were answered. Chozen is feeling much better already. I can see why this Animal Medical Center has such a high rating. The customer service here is Top Notch! I highly recommend the care here for your beloved fur babies!
