They are so sincere and willing to help with your Love ones.They take very good care Of your animals and that tells me that they really care. Everyone was so kind! I absolutely adore the staff! My rescue pup vomited, peed, and pooped in his crate. One (sweetest girl!) of the staff came out and helped me wipe him down. Then she asked the other staff members if they would pressure wash the crate. I received assistance the entire time I was there without even asking. It was an emotional day for me because of my concern for the injured pup. The staff made me feel at ease. I'm so grateful for that.

I drive an hour away just to take my cats to Dr. Dan and staff. I am a breeder of exotic cats, ones that require particular surgical care. The staff is incredible, Dr. Dan is knowledgeable and open to discussion and research. The turn over rate here is so minimal. It shows they’re great with their customers, their employees and most importantly, the pets. Hands down the best in the Treasure Valley. Worth the drive from Nampa.

I wish I would have found this clinic sooner. I took my Malinois in for a mouth check. I thought it was going to cost me $$ but surprisingly I got an honest assessment of the issue. I wasn’t expecting that - I haven’t gotten an honest Vet assessment since 2012. This clinic is not looking to charge me for things I don’t need. All my animals will be going here for their vet needs now.

Had an emergency pop up with my 13 year old staffordshire bull terrier... the staff was amazing and super friendly. Ive been to a lot of vet clinics and this is the first clinic that didn't push or force decisions onto me or make me feel guilty for my decisions. Staff listened to my concerns. They helped figure out a plan to help my senior boy.
