This pet shop is an absolute gem! Our visit was a delightful surprise from start to finish. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by three magnificent parrots in a huge, spacious cage. We were free to talk to them and interact at our own pace without feeling the pressure of a watchful eye from the staff. It created such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The surprises kept coming! Their selection of exotic fish is incredible. It was my first time ever seeing a cowfish, and it was love at first sight, it looks exactly like a charming little floating cube with wings! So unique and cute. The second time I was there though, someone had already bought it! I’ve been out of the fish keeping hobby for about 5 years now so today was my first trip there in a long time. They’ve changed the place up and I love it so far. It’s definitely on the list of one of the cleanest shops I’ve ever been to. Pretty knowledgeable staff. I would like to see a bigger selection of tanks for purchase but I do understand the constraints of available space. Fish always appear healthy and when in doubt they quarantine the tanks properly. Very nice local shop. Prices vary as do most other shops that deal with livestock.

I visited this shop after reading the reviews saying their animal enclosures were fantastic and their pets were well cared for. This is not the case for their rodents. Their rats were kept in 10 gallon glass aquariums inside a custom shelving unit which completely blocks ventilation. They were on wood bedding with no hides, toys, or other enrichment. Rats CANNOT be kept like this as the ammonia from their urine is highly concentrated and will cause them upper respiratory infections, which are often fatal, without proper ventilation. Additionally, they had 2 adult male rats in one small aquarium. They were highly lethargic. There was almost no room for them to move - the aquarium was roughly 2.5x the length of their bodies. This place is excellent!! Carl in the fish section is friendly and super helpful. I've been slowly stocking my aquarium from Animal Krackers and have gotten healthy fish each time.

I have been going to this pet store for years with my grandmother and I have never had a complaint every time the animals are well maintained and I have taught one of the parrots my name overall amazing
