I’ve been a loyal client of Animal Kind Veterinary Hospital since 2021, starting with Dr. Nandini when she was on staff. I’ll never forget how compassionately she handled my anxious 5-year-old Rottweiler, Cooper, during our very first visit. In a moment when I was emotional, she told me and said in the most supportive way, ‘Alex, it’s okay, we don’t give up on dogs here.’ That reassurance meant everything and instantly showed me I’d found a truly caring, welcoming team dedicated to providing exceptional, five-star care for even the most nervous pets. Hands down the best vet team ever. We brought our cat in for a tooth extraction, and they treated him like family—kind, honest, and professional from start to finish. They kept us updated through the whole surgery, were completely transparent about pricing, and made sure we knew exactly how to care for him after. Dr. Easterling is incredible—skilled, patient, and genuinely caring. You can feel how much he loves what he does. We’re beyond grateful for him and the entire staff. True professionals with real heart.

Dr. Werner and the rest of the staff have been incredible with their treatment of my cat. He has had so many issues with IBD and his heart. Dr. Werner is patient and excellent at communicating what’s happening and our options in layman’s terms. She helped us get him to another specialist to resolve his issues. The office always gets back to us and we can even text for prescription refills. Dr. Werner’s ordered tests and labs always drove an outcome, so we feel our time and money is well spent. Dr. Williford has also been very helpful contacting us and working through concerns in Dr. Werner’s absence.

We absolutely love this place. We were impressed by the cleanliness and spacious waiting area and of course the friendly staff. Dr. Easterling, who examined our new 8 week old puppy Cody, was thorough and patient with us as she answered all our questions. We definitely picked the right place!

Over the years, we have had very good vets and some that sadly were not. Animal Kind was/is excellent on every level. Our older dog was recently sick and over time became sicker. In the end we had to say goodbye to her. Throughout the entire time period, Doctors like Dr. Williford and all of the supporting professional in the office treated her and us with kindness, dignity and sensitivity. We easily trusted their knowledge, treatment plan and how they shared information with us. It was a gift. If we have another pet, there is not a question whether we would go there again.
