Animal House

A great little pet store. They have a pretty good selection for every pet. I mostly buy fish and reptile supplies and rarely have to go anywhere else. Good staff and decent prices.

I would think as a small business, Animal House would strive to be better than other pet store corporations. But it makes me so sad to see the terrible conditions of these betta fish. Left in tiny cups swimming in filth, no where to rest and nothing to do. Betta fish are very sweet and smart pets. They deserve to be well taken care of in tanks, just like the other fish in the store. I noticed the axolotle sitting in a tupperware container as well and that speaks for itself. The people here are either uneducated or don't care. Don't support Animal House and order from sellers who treat their pets well and in turn your pets will live a longer, less depressing, and healthier life. Edit: I don't see how either of those make the situation better. Your bettas are half dead and clearly priced on

This store has a vast array of different types of beautiful fish! They also have birds, guinea pigs, rabbits, reptiles, and, a beautiful yellow ball python! They have grooming services to make your pet look good. Customer service is very helpful. The employees can answer any questions you may have.

I’ve been a loyal customer for several years for all my pets needs but today, I will not be returning on the count of one employee that was very rude, and disrespectful!! So rude that the other employees were shocked by the way he was talking to me. I went there to buy a new light for my child’s bearded dragon that we have had for 8 yrs. The male employee never asked Can I help you with anything ?? It was straight to What are you looking for ?? Which I felt was kinda rude to begin with. I then told him that I’m looking at a new light for my child’s bearded dragon that went out. Then he asked what I was using? After I explained to him , what I was using he started criticizing me about our bearded dragon and that it should be dead cause I didn’t have a UV light in the room that the tank was

I called about ferrets , I want 2 anyways the women that answered the phone when and ask about it.. she said no and hung up on me.. I called back thinking we was disconnected.. nope she hung up and then I ask could they order me 2.. she breathed really hard in the phone and acted like it was an inconvenience...she said hold on Then hung up again... wow was to go in the customer service.. ferrets cost what 300 or more ..I wanted 2 so 600.00 your store lost by poor customer service..plus I would need a cage and supplies ...again more money your business just lost due to poor customer service.
