Animal House Pet Grooming

I have had several dogs that Charlotte groomed and she did a great job. She has always been there from a simple nail trim to a full bath and groom on my dogs. She is very reasonable with her grooming prices. She loves animals and my dogs were always at ease with her. She gets 5 stars with excellent service!

What a wonderful experience. We took one of our Fur Babies to Charlotte for his summer shave. One of the first things that happen was our dog was so relaxed, he laid down while we talked. We are so use to him being stressed at other groomers. She told us that she limits how short she will shave because of the risk of burns. (We remembered that he has experienced burns before from other groomers.) When we came to pick him up, he was just as relaxed and Charlotte was so helpful about one of my other dogs. We will be back!!!! It was because of Google reviews we tried Animal House in Hiawassee, Ga

Will never take my dog to her again! Took my service dog to have his nails trimmed and it was an awful experience. She was very rough handling my dog which is a mini pin. He started to whine and I spoke to him and was told not to speak to my dog while she was working on him. Caused me to have an anxiety attack which he is trained to help me with. I had to walk outside to calm down and let my wife deal with it.

It did take me a couple of phone calls, but I finally did get an appointment. Charlotte did a good job on my poodle’s groom. I called her back 2 weeks later to make a bath appointment, left a message and she never called me back. I was very disappointed.

Called twice for an appointment, left my name and number with no return call. Just moved here from Florida and was looking to establish a groomer for my dog
