I’m heartbroken and beyond frustrated. I took the day off work—something I absolutely can’t do lightly—because I was told this appointment was important. But halfway through the day, I get a call saying it needs to be rescheduled. Last Wednesday, we rushed to the emergency vet hospital because the situation was urgent. The hospital told us our cat needed to be seen by our regular vet by Friday to start a new medication and diet based on her diagnosis. When we called, the vet told us they were booked until Monday—like that urgency meant nothing. So we had no choice but to go back to the hospital on Friday and pay again, just to make sure she got the care she needed. Hands down the best veterinarian I have ever know and I was vet tech for years. My dogs are in the best hands with Dr. Lappin and his staff. I drive 2hrs each way to see him. Worth every second.

Went there 5 days ago before closing and they were closed. Called from the parking lot and left a message they never returned my call. I would say they are closed for good.

Dr. Lappin and staff are outstanding! They offer guidance and support throughout the life of your dog. My new puppy is my 3rd dog they have cared for. I was given lots of time and professional advice. My new puppy was treated gently and thoroughly checked out!

The staff and Dr are great! I would never take my dogs anywhere else. The are very caring. The Dr takes the time to explain everything to help you understand. You see from the minute you step into the office that they love what they do.
