Losing our beloved German Shepherd was one of the hardest moments for our family. After everything we went through, receiving the beautiful, handwritten condolence card from the entire team meant more to us than words can describe. In times of grief, such a personal gesture shows the true heart behind this veterinary practice. We brought our dog here, every visit, treatment, and conversation was handled with professionalism, compassion, and genuine care. You could always feel that the staff truly loved animals and treated them as if they were their own. Saying goodbye was incredibly painful, but the way the team handled that moment made it a little easier to bear. Dr. Brown and her entire staff are exceptional- Boulder City's pets are fortunate to have access to this level of care without driving into Las Vegas! My cat Willow has seen more vets that anyone should have to see in a year, and Dr. Brown stands out in her professionalism, informed and reasonable approach to medications, and for hiring/training assistants who share that professionalism. I truly believe this practice has my pet's best interests in mind. We always seem to be able to get an appointment on short notice, and we've never been blindsided by unexpected charges or excessive fees- something which seems pretty common in other veterinary practices. I want to thank Dr. Brown at the Pet Oasis. Our dog, Bowser, had been in her care for several years, beginning with Cadence Hospital. In 2023, Dr. Brown removed a mass from his leg, then removed another one the following year on the same leg. Because of her care, we were able to share two more wonderful years with Bowser. In December, we noticed several new lumps, and the cancer had returned aggressively. Unfortunately, Bowser passed away on New Year’s Day, which has been both challenging and heartbreaking. Bowser loved Dr. Brown, and we appreciate everything she and her staff were able to do for him—and for us. Thank you, Dr. Brown, and The Pet Oasis for the compassion and kindness you showed Bowser, and for your dedication and professionalism with our family.

The grateful pet/ pet oasis has always been so caring and attentive to our pets. They are thorough and never push anything that isn't absolutely necessary.

We followed Dr Brown from another vet office. She is knowledgeable, warm, kind, and just all around phenomenal. She has done two complex surgeries for my dogs over the last few years and both of the dogs are doing well with 100% recovery. Dr Brown has the best interests of your pet and their health in mind always. We drive back to BC just to see her.
