It's a very good place. I only gave it 4 stars as I had brought dogs there in the past & had 5 star service. This time I wanted only the nail trim. The scheduler stated they needed medical records from my vet in another state. Had them emailed, she made appt, I showed up, waited, then was told that by state regulations that they can only do nail trimming when they've done the physical exam. I wasted 2 hours driving and waiting.
