Both my aunts referred me and i was definitely nervous to take my first 11 week old puppy but The staff made me and my pup Daisy feel comfortable and guided us through the process. Everyone was very thorough and amazing, Thank you!

As new clients, expectations are high for quality care of our pets. From the front office staff to the technician and Dr. McClintock, our experience was outstanding. They were welcoming, caring and thorough with the handling of our dog and will be our new veterinary clinic of choice. Your team made this visit much easier than I expected. Y’all always explain everything but with visit ya’ll went above & beyond. Our miniature schnauzer is 13 & has some issues, one being a heart murmur. Y’all were so busy but patiently answered our many questions & gave us the time we needed to decide.

I have found my pet’s new vet home. The staff here was so kind and helpful. The office was extremely clean and up to date. The experience from start to finish was top tier. Lexi made my appointment with ease, Carissa was such a sweet and gentle vet tech. And Dr Mark made me and my dog feel at ease. He was knowledgeable about what was going on with him and explained everything in detail.

I had an amazing experience taking my kitty, Gandalf, to Ovilla Animal Hospital! The techs and doctors were incredibly kind and thorough, taking the time to explain all the details and care he would need. Definitely a 10/10—the best veterinary experience I’ve had in a long time!
