Today we stopped in and met our new veterinarian Christy Little and technician Cynthia. What an awesome experience! Office is super friendly and clean. Dr. Little was awesome, very knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. Cynthia didn’t let us down either as she was very knowledgeable and super friendly. If you’re looking for a veterinarian in the Blacklick area this is definitely your place 100%, And I am a super hard critic, not to mention a great judge of character!! Thank you for your service!

It is never easy to lose a pet, but the genuine love and compassion I received from the staff here, helped me through the grief. From Tristan, who met me at the door; to Corinna, who so compassionately examined Callie, my beloved 16 year-old Calico cat; and to Dr. Tsai, who so sincerely expressed her grief, I am forever grateful. Behind the scenes was Morgan, whom I didn’t meet, but know she was also a vital part of the team. Thank you, Animal Hospital of New Albany. ♥️

We’ve been to several vets over the past two years since adopting our pittie, and this was by far the best experience we’ve had. Our dog is reactive to other dogs and barks a lot during appointments, which can make vet visits stressful. The entire staff was incredibly patient, compassionate, and respectful of his boundaries and anxiety. The vet took so much time with us, thoroughly talking through his health and needs now that he’s 10 years old. We truly felt heard and never rushed. On top of that, their services are affordable and conveniently close to home, which is such a relief. We’re thrilled to have finally found a vet who treats our dog with such understanding and care. Highly recommend to anyone with an anxious or reactive pet!

I took my 6-month-old golden retriever, Jenny, in for an emergency after she showed signs of heat stroke yesterday. Even though we weren’t established patients, the entire team — from the receptionist to the vet techs to Dr. Tsai — treated us with urgency, kindness, and compassion. Jenny is back to her happy, healthy self today, and I’m incredibly grateful for the amazing care she received. Truly a wonderful practice.

There was a mishap with the scheduling of my appointment, however, they made sure to still see my kitten at the time the appointment was supposed to be. They were very gentle, kind, and positive! I had a great first experience and will continue to go to them for my pet care needs.
