Very quick and professional! I have a small puppy who gets into everything had to go get her meds and next appointment she has very vaccinations. They always msg to confirm appointments and make sure I am aware how to give my puppy the right amount of meds . They are just as on top of it as I am . Good to have a vet that cares about my baby as much as me!

After looking for a vet and spending several hundreds of dollars for itchy skin, I found Animal Hospital of Melissa! The attention to the pets actually needs was amazing. After using this vet, I felt like I found a place that cares about the care and needs of the animals . I didn't feel like the vet was trying to scare me into over spending. THANK YOU, Ryder officially has a life long vet!

Our little guy is a rescue and very nervous. Our first experience with the staff was with grooming. He was extremely anxious. Angela worked with him tirelessly to make him feel comfortable and calm. She was terrific. Each time we went you could tell she was doing everything possible to make it a better experience for him. We then decided maybe if we went in once a week to just sit in the lobby to show all is well it would help. When we go the office staff are very kind and make sure they say help and give him doggie treats!! Charlene is fantastic! So if you see a little old lady sitting with a timid pup come say hello!😊 I highly recommend Animal Hospital of Melissa from Dr. Boone, Angela, Charlene and all the others. I believe with all their help we will get there!! Thank you again.

Everyone is so kind and helpful! While my dog is very skittish when it comes to the vet, he still trusts all of the staff to touch him. I’m thankful that the doctor took the time to explain everything about his ear infection and how she plans to help him in every way possible, she truly cares!!

Feel very comfortable bringing my dogs here. They treat them (and us) like family and while things might be a little more expensive, they are leagues better than most other vets. Can’t recommend enough!
