Disgusted with this office as I was denied my dog's medical records. The receptionist gave me the run around and asked questions as if she's entitled to know why I want my dog's records. As for the Doctor and vet techs, they were good to my furbaby but I will not be going back since they are refusing to give me the medical records that I am in fact entitled to.
Had a great experience, we are full time RVers and needed to get our 8 week old puppy in for his first vaccinations along our travels, they got us in and the staff was so nice, informative and took great care of Hank, he even got a complimentary toy for his first time puppy visit which he loves!
I’ve been taking my pets to Dr Shipley for a few years. She is very thorough and compassionate. The staff is experienced, well trained and friendly.
We have now taken our dog Wilson , 2 year old yellow lab here 3 times. We are always well informed treated with the utmost respect and the vet and her staff are excellent with our pet. We highly recommend Dr Shipley and Animal Hospital of Labelle
My 13 year old chiweenie Brownie loves the staff. When she gets there she can't wait to get inside. It is apparent that Dr. Shipley and the staff love her and I know she is in good hands whether it be for treating an illness or boarding her. She loves to give Dr. Shipley the "cold shoulder " after an exam but loves her.
