From the moment I called and spoke to Dee, the receptionist to meeting the vet tech,both myself and my dog Boris were treated like family! I cannot rave enough about how welcoming this whole practice was. The care Boris received from the vet tech and Dr. Sandy, was gentle, full of compassion and love! Animal Health Clinic goes truly above and beyond to make sure that they take good care of your animals and their owners too. Nowhere else, I would take Boris. Thank you, Animal Health Clinic.

For over 20 years Dr Sandy and the staff at Animal Health Clinic in Fenton has loved, guided and cared for our pets needs. From our special needs kitty who was thrown from a vehicle in front of me causing a broken leg, broken and degloved tail which had to be amputated and caused bladder and bowel incontinence to our senior dog who needed bilateral knee surgeries to our other two kitties one of which broke the ball of her femur off, they have done nothing but provide amazing care and references for specialist when needed. Recently my rabbit, Gideon, got a horrible eye infection in his left eye and it then spread to his right. I didn't know what to do, most vets don't see rabbits. I had contacted Animal Health Clinic back in 2022 for when Gideon had a bad stomach ache at the time, and was told that they have a vet that would see rabbits. The visit went well and I was pleased with the way Dr Sandy handled everything. So I called them again when my rabbit recently got an eye infection and was told by the receptionist that Dr Sandy no longer sees rabbits but checked in to see if she could possibly see Gideon. She told me that Dr Sandy would see him but she can't promise anything. She was amazing, took control of the situation and shaved around his eyes and went above and beyond calling different places to see

I highly recommend! We have been taking all of our pets here since switching from Banfield, pricing is fair compared to our other Vets. The staff is friendly, caring and knowledgeable. You can tell they all love animals, they knew our faces and pets names after the 1st visit. We recently had to put our cat down and they were helpful and incredibly thoughtful during this process, they even gave us a portrait at no cost to us. We will not go anywhere else.

I can’t thank Dr. Sandy enough for the care and compassion she showed my senior dog, Trooper. At 10 years old, I truly thought I was saying goodbye to him. Dr. Sandy came to my home with so much love in her heart, ready to help him pass peacefully. Instead, she discovered a severe infection in his mouth that I had no idea was there. Because of her thoroughness, kindness, and expertise, I get more time with my boy. That’s a gift I’ll never forget. She treats pets like family and shows up with both incredible medical knowledge and genuine compassion. Dr. Sandy isn’t just a wonderful veterinarian, she’s someone who truly cares about both animals and the people who love them. I will always be grateful for her.
