Animal Health Care of Myerstown

Hands down the best vet in the area! I have trusted Dr. Horst and his team with all of my animals for the past 20 years! They are always compassionate, they listen, and are true animal lovers. I also really appreciate the honesty I receive from him and his team. Sometimes the news isn't what we want to hear, but they are always honest and kind about it. On holidays, they have a doctor on call and are very quick to return your call and give you directions on what to do. They really do go out of their way to make sure you and your animal is taken care of!

Everyone is so friendly and kind to my dogs, and I love the care we receive here. They aren't the cheapest around but they're customer service and care of the animals makes it worth it!

They fit us in as new patients with 2 dogs with issues. They were polite, professional, helpful, great with our dogs, clean, etc! Very happy with the facility and all the people with whom we had contact from the front desk, the techs, and the vet! Would definitely recommend to others! UPDATE: Since our initial visits for each of our sick dogs just 2 months ago, we have unfortunately lost both dogs, one to old age and one to cancer. The original 5-star review that I gave AHCM not only stands solid--but I would rate higher if I could. The entire staff treated us and our dogs like they've known us for years. They went above and beyond to help and took so much time and patience to answer questions for us. I have already recommended them to others, and, eventually, when we are ready to welcome

The people who work here are truly animal lovers. Even my temperamental I'm scared of everything cat was calmed enough for her exam and shots. The place is clean and easily accessible. I even had help getting my kitty in her carrier back in the car. I definitely recommend this place for your pets care.

So many times this year this vet has been there for me and my dog Ranger. They were there for me every time I needed them, all of the staff are great, Dr. D’ Cruz is probably my favorite though because he breaks down stuff into the easiest terms to understand and explains. They allow me to email them with updated pictures of my dogs conditions and they always reply sometimes right away, and sometimes after the staff get a chance to talk to a doctor. Thank you!
