Animal Haven Lodge & Suites

We have been going here since 2010. They have always taken very good care of our dogs. I highly recommend this place for boarding.

I called and even took a tour myself to ensure everything was safe. Dogs have pools and PLENTY of water in the play areas they have water bucket's that get cleaned daily along with the pools. Dogs came back and slept for the whole day they drank lots of water when they got home they were so exhausted from all the fun they had, will be bringing them back very soon !

Very professional, friendly staff. Located in a peaceful, shaded area away from sounds of traffic. Our dogs stayed overnight for one night. We dropped them off on a Saturday morning & picked them up Sunday. We purchased baths which comes with brushing. Both of our boys were fluffy, clean & smelled good! They were well cared for and appeared to have had a happy experience here! We were sent home with one of their bags for their belongings. I folded the bag up and it’s in our pantry. One of our dogs has smelled this bag twice & wagged his tail!

I've never seen my dogs drink so much water, access must be very limited. Took 2 of my dogs for 3 nights. Took 6 treats one for each night I got home and still have 5 treats left. Will not be back.

We have three dogs and they all loved it here. The staff is amazing – very welcoming & accommodating. We needed a place for our dogs to stay over the holidays & drove from El Paso because this was the only dog hotel that had availability! But our experience was so positive, we’ll make the drive again. One of my dogs has a heart condition so needs to be given medication; they gave her special attention & ensured her medication was taken. Price is reasonable & worth it.
