My sweet girl had been sick since the day after Christmas. We traveled back to FL from GA the next day. We saw a little improvement Sunday, but in the wee hours of Monday (just shy of 1:00 AM), we saw a decline. I’m very particular about where I take my fur baby and a 3.8 review rating was the best and quite honestly, is hard to get in vet medicine (I use to work in the industry). From the moment I walked in, I felt at peace and knew my girl would be taken care of. For emergency care, prices are very reasonable and I would definitely recommend this practice.

So we had to take or 14 year old cat to the emergency vet. Dr stone was absolutely amazing kind caring and was totally listening and hearing our concerns. We did a quality of life exam. We ended up having her eternally sleep. Victoria one of doctors assistants was so kind and caring. Actually everyone from the women at the front desk all the way to the doctor. Everyone was just kind and went above and beyond to help us in this stressful time. Also we are working poor and live paycheck to paycheck. They did not try to get us to do all kinds of tests they did not try to get us to spend any unnecessary money. I've called other places and they didn't even listen to me. But they did here. Very affordable vetenerian and THEY CARE! THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING THIS EASY WHEN IT WAS SOO HARD.

Emergencies are always stressful. Even for the staff addressing them, day in, and day out. A friend said he had used this ER a few years ago and it went well. I called to explain my pet situation. The person who answered was helpful and said it was an emergency. I loaded a pet carrier and headed out. The lobby was mostly empty but, of course, who really knows what is going on in the back of the house. As I waited, the lobby quickly filled up almost, and the cases jumped ahead of my situation. It get ER triage, I really do. I never paced, never commented, never stomped my foot or made faces. I waited. The vet tech I got was extremely rude and condescending, in my opinion. He almost seemed to blame me that they were busy and I had myself to blame for the wait. The Vet was professional

My husband and I had to bring our 61/2 year old cat to the emergency vet because he had kidney disease since the first of last year. Our family vet refused to see the cat and she was his care taker since we got the cat. The emergency staff was so compassionate and caring. The end result was that we had to put our cat down. They let us stay with our cat as long as we wanted and came in frequently to make sure we were alright. Would definitely recommend this emergency vet. Loving and caring staff.

The tender loving care my boy received from Dr Smith- Victoria and Abby made a huge difference to me making the difficult decision to let him go. He had a mass burst and was bleeding internally. Their compassion and patience with me was so appreciated. Top notch professionalism! Thank you all 🙏🏼❤️🫶🏼
