The staff here were extremely understanding and sensitive during my time. They tried their best to save my guinea pig even when his prospects weren’t good. They were very good about communication via telephone and were great at communicating the best treatment and were honest about costs. Thank you for doing everything you could when helping my Piggy. He’s in a better place now.

Extremely reasonably priced, no wait time, and all the staff seemed happy to work there. The lobby was cozy and stocked full of coffee, juice, and drinks. For less than $700 and in under 4 hours, my cocker spaniel got plenty of one-on-one time with the doctor, he was given fluids and a handful of meds/injectables, and they were transparent about pricing the whole way through. I'm confident that the care he received would've cost much more and we would've been waiting way longer at any other emergency vet in the area! One place I called said 4 hour wait, lord have mercy. Thank you for your hard work and for making my baby boy feel better.

Our sweet 2 year old Holland Lop, Peanut, has unfortunately had a couple bouts of GI stasis which, for rabbits, can be deadly. It needs to be dealt with promptly and aggressively. On 2 occasions, we've had to bring our bunny in for an emergency visit. Once at 2am on a weekday, once at 5pm on a Saturday. On both occasions, all staff were friendly, kind, patient, attentive, and informative. Each staff member, from the front desk, to the vet techs, to the doctors, genuinely seemed to care about us and our baby boy. They were thorough with his examinations, upfront about pricing, thoughtful and informative with their diagnosis and care plan, and asked multiple times if we had any follow up questions or concerns. In an environment that can be so stressful and anxiety inducing, everyone's demean

I came here a few nights ago when my dog suddenly couldn’t walk on his hind leg. From the moment I called, the gentleman with the beard at the front desk (I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name) was incredibly kind, and you could immediately tell how much they genuinely care. There was only about a 10-minute wait, and the vet and vet tech were able to see us quickly. The entire team was compassionate, attentive, and made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. If you’re ever in the position of needing an emergency vet and want a team that truly cares about your pet and isn’t in it to nickel and dime you, I highly recommend bringing them here. If we ever need emergency care again, this is absolutely where we’ll be going.

This place is great! I’d like to first start off saying I’ve had two of my previous pets treated here multiple times for seizures and stomach cancer and both of them got put down here . They are very kind and gentle with your fur babies. They are actually cheaper than a few other places in the area. I had my dog seen today for bloody stool and throwing up. He hate something in which I was concerned with a GI block. My dog gets very nervous at the vet but Mr. John had him warmed up in minutes. I’ve never seen my dog like anyone at the vet before. He has a way with animals. He’s very cute too. (Respectfully of course) Also the Dr. Ms. coulter she was very informative and listened to my concerns. Love her! They took my dog in right away too! The ladies up front at the desk are very friendly t
