Very efficient professional staff. Thoroughly explained diagnosis and treatment plan. Very gentle with my large poodle who ate a large portion of chocolate. So grateful that the emergency vet service was available during evening hours within our city of Palm Coast Coast. We highly recommend this emergency vet.

This was our 2nd time taking my dog in for emergency treatment. The vet (?) was great about explaining what she thought was going on and answering all my questions. My dog was feverish, lethargic and not eating or drinking. The whole workup they proposed was $900, and we couldn't afford that, both of us being disabled and obviously not bringing in a lot of money. Every vet is overpriced if you ask me. It would be like going to the ER and having a bill for several thousand dollars and no insurance. They didn't make me feel bad that we couldn't afford the full workup, which I appreciated. We did the tests that would rule out the most serious scenarios. That seems reasonable to me. It was still a little over $400 which we really couldn't afford either but I wasn't going to let my dog die o

The nurses and Dr. B were great. Very kind, listened to your concerned. I'd rather pay the extra money to them than going to regular vet. My dog always has an emergency. He's a doctor Jekyll, My Hyde. They new exactly what do to get the best for my dog, Rocko. Kudos to the staff.

The staff is so kind and helpful! A trip to the emergency vet is never a pleasant experience, but they did everything possible to make it better. The location is convenient and they were able to test, diagnose, and provide the medication on site. Also, the staff helped make sure I really understood how to give the medication. Thank you all! You made a stressful situation much easier.

We took our Golden Retriever to the Animal Emergency Hospital (mobile unit) this evening as our regular vet could not see her for several days. We waited less than 10 minutes to be seen and the staff and vet were all VERY attentive and helpful! They quickly diagnosed Belle with a skin infection and provided the necessary medications. All of our questions were thoroughly answered and all charges were explained in detail. They also took the extra time to print out recommendations for canine eye specialists for an unrelated non-emergency condition. We found the charges to be reasonable, especially given the visit was after normal vet hours. We are so glad we did not have to let our dog suffer, while waiting for an appointment with our regular vet, and highly recommend their services.
