My husband being a 100% Service-Connedted disabled Veteran got our baby through the TADSHAW program through the VA for his emotional support dog. She was his baby and mine to but his. They had a special bond that I just can't describe. He was diagnosed with Major depressive disorder, sever anxiety, severe PTSD. She got sick Wednesday of last week.i called Friday at about 5:30 crying and begging them to help our precious sweet baby. Told them that she was throwing up, her urine was cloudy looked like blood was mixed in it. Her bowel movement looked like tar with blood in it. She wasn't eating and was barely even drinking. She wasn't making any kind of sound. I begged them to please help her. They told me that since I didn't have the money up front that there wasn't anything they could do. T

Dr. Franklin and his staff were very kind and took great care of my cat. They listened to all of my questions and provided a clear breakdown of what they were seeing and the treatments. Stressful night made a lot easier by these folks and she's already feeling better after having a hard couple of days. Thanks a ton.

We had to put our lab down due to cancer. Dr Franklin and staff were very compassionate, and very kind to us during this trying time. He did not rush us, and explained every thing he was doing. Amazing doctor with great people skills, staff was outstanding. I highly recommend this Place!!!

We've been to the Animal Emergency Clinic twice now and had great experiences both times. This 2nd trip was because of a run-in our Aussie had with a copperhead. Dr. Franklin took the time to talk with us and listen to our concerns. He apologized for the price of the anti-venom, but we expected it to be a bit pricey. Hopefully we won't need to visit there again, but it will be our first choice if we do.

The people was nice and they took good care of me when i had to put my cat down. They called me today foe me to pick up my cat.
