Took my dog, Reynold, to this clinic after he ate an entire bag of grapes. I was pretty scared and spicy/impatient when I initially arrived but their team did a great job of easing our concerns and seeing him promptly. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because my dog is reactive and I tried to insist on accompanying him during his treatment to ease his stress and soothe his reactivity but they did not allow it. Honestly understandable. The clinic wasn’t busy so I would’ve preferred they made a concession for my dog’s reactivity and stress but they did a good job removing his muzzle and putting it back on him. We left our house in a rush without a proper leash but they supplied one and let us take it home. Their team took great care of my dog and I’m grateful for their expertise during a sca
Review: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 out of 5 stars) I took my dog to this clinic late at night after he was hit by a vehicle while I was at work. The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating, which I truly appreciated. However, my overall experience with the doctor was very disappointing. The veterinarian was in surgery when we arrived, so we waited for quite a while. When she finally saw us, she told me my dog needed surgery and sent us home with several medications. The total bill came to about $680. The next day, I followed up with my regular vet, who took X-rays and examined my dog. I was told he did not have any fractures and did not need surgery or most of the medications prescribed by the emergency clinic. My follow-up visit was much less expensive and far more accurate. I’m very disappoin
2 weeks ago we had to make the heartbreaking decision of putting our sweet Athos down. I called AEC to ask about availability and fees. The receptionist on the phone was very patient with me as I could barely get the words out without crying. We arranged to be there in an hour. When we arrived they had Athos go into the room with them to get an IV in. They set us up in a room with him shortly after and reassured us to take our time as we said our goodbyes and told us to let them know when we were ready. The vet came in after we were ready. Before she did anything she explained to my children what was going to happen and what to expect. They let us stay with him for as long as we needed even after. A week later we received a sweet card signed by all the staff wishing their condolences. We h
I cannot say enough good things about the emergency animal hospital that has taken care of our beloved dog Storm over the years. From minor issues to more serious emergencies, they have always been there for us and our furry family member. The staff is kind, compassionate, and always quick to respond in times of need. When our dog passed away, they were incredibly supportive and helped us navigate through the difficult process with grace and understanding. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were okay during that heartbreaking time. We miss her so much. Now, we have a new puppy and they have been just as amazing with her. The care and attention they provide is top-notch, and we feel confident knowing that she is in good hands with this exceptional team. I highly recommend t
Took a stray cat that we have been domesticating here last night because we could tell he’s sick and his paw has been bleeding from what looked like an injury and the main vet lady was absolutely awful. If I could give 0 stars I would. She made my girlfriend cry and the lady didn’t even seem like she loved animals let alone cats. She was very mean and I don’t know how this place is in business. Don’t take your pets here!
