Animal Emergency Center of Sandy Springs

We had a good experience at Animal Emergency Center of Sandy Springs with our baby. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly, and seen quickly. They took excellent care of our dog and all the techs and Dr we encountered were kind, caring, and understanding. The Dr came in after the examination and explained the injury and suggested care very well. We left better than when we came and with helpful and clear care guidelines, medicines, and follow up instructions. I would whole heartedly recommend this animal hospital to others.

We are beyond grateful for the incredible care our dog received here during a true emergency. The team acted quickly and performed a lifesaving splenectomy to remove a mass, all while showing so much compassion and professionalism. The vets explained everything clearly and kept us informed every step of the way. We truly felt our dog was in the best hands. I would highly recommend this emergency center to anyone facing a scary situation with their pet. 🐾💙

I'm upset about my dog's visit. The vet suggested euthanasia, claiming there's no hope for her, but I disagree. I took her to another hospital and was given the necessary steps to ensure my babies health is lived in longevity…She's been paralyzed for two and a half years, and I've been managing her care just fine. Before her paralysis, that same hospital misdiagnosed her, leading to her paralysis the next day. During my visit I snatched my dog up and left and was able to find a better facility. More bad reviews coming soon. You all are the worst !! The pictures I’ve added are pictures of my baby tucked in nicely and happy from a neighboring hospital. You all will have 1 star when I’m done !!

I cannot say enough good things about the Animal Emergency Center of Sandy Springs. I came in absolutely terrified for my kitty, and from the moment I arrived, they immediately helped calm me down. The entire staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, and reassuring during a very stressful situation. Dr. Slider, DVM, along with the rest of the team, took excellent care of my cat and explained everything thoroughly, making sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and it was clear how much they truly care about both pets and their owners. If I ever have another pet emergency, I will absolutely come back here. I’m so grateful for the care they provided and getting my kitty back to good health.

Pricing was transparent and incredibly fair. I came in with my cat that I was worried had gotten into something. They were transparent that they could do the blood test but he appeared fine and let me know about the infection in his mouth. My cat is, in fact, fine and his mouth is healing. It was nice to feel heard and I felt like my cat was cared for and I wasn’t encouraged to do unnecessary testing. I will be using them for the foreseeable future in any emergency veterinary needs.(hopefully none, but life happens)
