This is the worst experience I will definately be reporting them to the State Veterinary Licensing Board We took our dog in. To have him looked at because he was in a lot of pain & was not eating. They ran all kinds of tests on him saying he was in great health he just has Arthritis. Not even a full two days later. We had to take him to the vet's office because he still in so much pain he could barely walk. So not only did they Misdiagnose What was wrong with him. They also prescribed medications for him that he didn't even need. So instead of charging us $600 for a test. And medication. They could have charged us the $600 to be able to actually Put him to sleep, which is what had to happen to day when we took him to the vet, because he was so bad. So now we had to pay not only the $600 at

Dr. Ramirez saved our cat by placing an esophageal tube and diagnosing her underlying issue within 48 hours! She would definitely be a dead cat if not for the team there. We received an itemized list of everything she would receive in their care, and all pricing was reasonable and explained thoroughly. I called back at least twice a day to make sure cat was still alive, and they always made sure I was informed, and felt comfortable with her care. 10/10, amazing people and care, cannot be more thankful.

Took two of our cats here last Saturday night. Once we showed up. We were welcomed like family. The staff took amazing care of our cats. Aj was amazing. She was able to calm my girlfriend's nerves. This is the BEST place to come too. Very affordable and if you dont have the funds to pay upfront, you can apply for credit card so you can ensure your pets to be taken care of! This will always be the place we will take our animals going forward!

Needed to take our basset hound in and the process was quick and easy. The vet explained what was wrong and recommended our dog stay over night. It was the first time I’ve had to leave my dog somewhere but the staff was amazing and told me I could call anytime throughout the night. I called and would get updates as the night went. Our Charlie is home now and way better. We are thankful for this clinic.

Outstanding, amazing place. I had a very traumatic experience with one of my colony cats ending in a leg and tail amputation, and AEC came through for us. They were happy to accept her as a patient and to help us with our emergency - they took her back immediately when we arrived, and once a treatment plan was set, they were quick to get her taken care of. We were able to pick her up the next day. The people here are so kind and so easy to talk to, they're happy to answer questions or address concerns you have. I must have called 50 clinics, and we chose them because they felt very personable. They really care about the work they do, and the animals that they treat.
