I am new to the area and I had to put my sweet Raja down. When making the appointment the woman I spoke to was incredibly kind. She explained my options and had everything organized for my arrival. The veterinarian and the technician were sympathetic and had genuine empathy. 100% recommend for your fur babies. Update: The paw print they made is beautiful. They even sent me a card and planted a tree in her name. I’m not crying, okay maybe a little.

We had to put our dog down a couple weeks ago and Dr. Dan is amazing. Such compassion and empathy and you can just feel his passion. He Really care about the welfare of the Animals. I highly recommend them.

I can not say enough good about this Clinic. Had a bit of a rush and I am new to the area. They got me in right away. Then I got the bill - first time in my life I was pleasantly surprised by a vet bill! Very fair. Great care, great people — thank you

My husband and I are very impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of this vet. Dr. Laurent is very knowledgeable and cares about everyone's pets. He gives excellent advice on how to best meet the needs of our dog! We travel and move around a lot so this is the first vet we've 've continually revisited, and hope to continue having Dr. Laurent as our veterinarian.

We were vacationing in Door County with our dogs and we needed a vet. They were great - they got us in right away. It wasn't an emergency, but our dog was very uncomfortable, so it was urgent to us and they recognized that. The staff was great and contrary to another review , no mention of payment was made until we were done. The vet and her assistant took several minutes to let our dog warm up to them before they started doing anything. They spent a lot of time with us and after we were done, the vet wrote a detailed report for us to take to our vet when we got home. It was a very good experience and I would recommend this clinic to anyone.
