I’m new to the area and needed to find a good vet for my Border Collie — I’m so glad I found Malone Animal Clinic! From the minute we walked in, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. They made both me and my dog feel right at home. The doctor was great — very thorough and really paid attention to all the little details during the exam. I felt like my dog was genuinely cared for, not just rushed through like at some other places I’ve been to before. Pricing was also very fair, which I definitely appreciate while getting settled into a new area. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the care we received. I highly recommend Malone Animal Clinic if you’re looking for a great vet with a friendly, knowledgeable team.

I had an appointment for my kitten and there was a miscommunication about the time of the appointment. I called to make sure what time the appointment was and the lady who answered the phone had such a nasty tone. The way she spoke to me and my boyfriend with her awful behavior was absolutely unacceptable. I am so so upset after that interaction and I cannot believe she would speak like this to a client. Definitely not going back and taking my kitten to a vet who is respectful or somewhat decent to their clients.

disapointed my dog was choking around 6:00p.m. and no one has an emergency hotline. luckily I was able to perform the heimlich on her and and dislodge the object, but if I wasn't able to get it dislodged my dog would've died, these vets need to have some type of actual emergency services. you can't tell me no animal has an emergency after business hours

I brought my dog in to have his skin condition looked at. I've never had a nurse be so rude to me before, I was just trying to give suggestions on how to hold him so he would freak out less. They completely man handled him, when they were giving him a shot the doctor just jabbed it in & when my dog moved the vet pulled back & jabbed him again. I'm not impressed at all & it's the last time I'm taking my dog there.
