Very accommodating. We were traveling through when our baby...1 year old poodle mix got very ill. We called and they got us right in. All the stiff was wonderful. The Doc was awesome and diagnosed her quickly. He performed extra testing to be sure. He gave us meds and told us what days and times we could bring her back if she didn't get better. She started getting better by the next morning and was back to normal 2 days later. The bill was half of what a normal vet visit would have been at home. Thank you so much

Me and my elderly kitty, Jinx, went there the other day for a walk in. She was incredibly ill. Hadn't eaten in days and was rapidly declining. My poor skinny little girl was turning into skin and bones. Wouldn't purr, wouldn't react to any food, wouldn't even yell at me! And that was her favorite hobby! I was struggling financially, and he really seemed to care about my little Jinx. He gave me a can of urgent care food for her for no charge. He administered a shot, and slowly yet surely my baby has gotten better. They gave me medicine for her, a little pricey, but also gave me syringes to help make it easier to feed her and administer the medicine. This clinic is small, you may have to wait. my dogs stomach twisted and they told me it was gonna be a $5,000 surgery and that he was gonna die anyway whether he got it or not. Monroe County did the surgery for $1,500 and he’s still alive and perfectly healthy. i swore i’d never use this vet again but went today because i couldn’t get in anywhere else and they caused 3 entire minutes of unnecessary pain to my dogs foot and proceeded to tell me nothing is wrong with it when he’s been limping, stress panting and crying when it’s touched for 2 weeks. their prices are almost doubled compared to Monroe county and the vet in Monroe is much better, more friendly, and genuinely cares about your animals.

My blue healer was attacked by a 2 pit bulls. After hours, I took her to an emergency vet in Bowling Green and they wanted $1200 to fix her to sew up a place. And put her under, I need a PAN. 200 and for them to tell me that she'd make it through the night and took her to my vet in the morning. They didn't clean her wounds or nothing took her to my vet, which they are outstanding love. All of them, they're very compassionate. When it comes to animals Doctor cleaned her wounds gave her a shot of antibiotics, also pain medication, and we have to come back in a couple days so she could get stitched up and only charge me $80 to do all that. One of the worst veterinary experiences. Walked in to the clinic and my eyes and nose started burning from the odor of urine. Very dirty reception area. Stood there for several minutes before acknowledged and receptionist was very rude. They man-handled our 16 year old dachshund while looking at the wounds on his face. Very unnecessary. Then they proceeded to scold me for not having his teeth cleaned even after explaining he was done last year and his regular vet doesn't want him under anesthesia again. Very unprofessional and we won't be back.
