●They told my daughter that her dog had cancer. Instead of immediately putting her down, we took the dog for "hospice care." I asked the Dr directly what to expect and she said 1month- possibly 2 months to live if we were lucky. That was 2.5 YEARS ago and she is happy & ALIVE. ● They suddenly refused to sell me the same flea meds my dogs have been on and purchased from them for about 5 years. They wanted me to pay for check ups for 3 dogs that needed nothing but their flea meds. My dogs have stomach & skin issues so not getting the meds we know work & dont hurt them majorly impacted all of their health and comfort. I thought vets were supposed to care about animals. ● My friend had to euthanize her cat- she paid their fees to cremate the cat- "Molly" Later on my friend's kid wanted to se

Thankful they had an opening the same week my old man Tripp needed to see the vet. Everyone was very accommodating, answered all the questions I had, and treated us with respect. I appreciate everyone there working so hard to keep our babies healthy. Thank you!

My mother had to get our beloved family cat put down here, and the staff was as wonderful and kind as can be. They were gentle and made sure her crossing the rainbow bridge was smooth and pain-free, and for that we are both immensely thankful. Our mementos were even included in the cost of the original visit, which came as a great surprise and was very helpful. Thank you to all the wonderful staff working here. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
