Dr Owens and his staff are so good with my Aussie. They always get us in quickly if needed and are so good with him. My Aussie is a little leery of strangers, as are most Aussie pups, and they always do all they can to put him and us at ease. Thanks for taking such good care of my boy!

This clinic always puts the animals first and takes the time to get down to the source of the problem. All the girls are very sweet and Dr. Owens is amazing at his job and puts animals at ease instantly. No one ever adds random charges at the counter. Best animal clinic I've ever been to, paws down!

I recently visited this clinic for what should have been a simple appointment. My dog was shaking her head, and I suspected an ear infection. From the moment we went in the back, the nurses and doctor seemed very unfriendly, and the doctor spoke to me in a condescending tone that made me feel talked down to rather than helped. My dog has severe anxiety, and I clearly explained that to them. Instead of showing patience or compassion, they handled her extremely roughly. She was squirmy because she was scared, but they reacted by holding her down aggressively. At one point, she even urinated out of fear, and instead of easing up or giving her a moment, the staff continued to hold her down like it was some kind of wrestling match. It was disgusting because they were all rolling around in it,

We felt very confident in the Dr's diagnosis of Elisa, and appreciate his patience with her. Her itching has stopped and she is feeling much better.

We love Dr. Owen. He has been great with our animals. The staff is friendly as well.
