They have been our pet vet for years but this last time when I arrived at appointment time there was nobody at the reception i sat and waited for over 5 minutes the girl came out and just looked at me didn’t even say anything until I said Hi we have an appointment then just kept me waiting for almost 45 minutes to even get my information. I had another appointment and let them know and they did not care just said it will still be a few minutes. They just made me feel as if my time and my pet was not important. The girl finally took my dog and came back out in less than 5 minutes and said they checked her out already and just asked for payment didn’t even gave me any information on how my pet is doing and of course the technician not even in sight how can I know they even looked at her. Vet care is fine. Prices have exploded. A cat neuter used to be under $100, now it is $600. Also, they do not tell you the cost of things prior to treatment, and when you ask, you get incorrect information and intense sticker shock. What used ti be the best place for affordable vet care is no longer the case.

The pricing for Veterinary Care is AFFORDABLE. You don't have to take a loan out on your first visit like other Veterinary places. Our little fur pup is 6 lbs. was spayed and tattooed $105.00. Drop off 7:30 pick-up before 3:00 p.m. just as they stated. They also have pain meds ready to go at pick-up time to take home plus nail trim $5.00 price out the door = $110. The staff was caring, kind and was understanding about my calling to check on our fur baby. They are good listeners about all your parental concerns and have all the right answers and or advice in regards to your concerns. We have left her first Veterinary due to maybe someday going bankrupt for pet care. Animal Care Center of Aurora is a hidden gem and our fur baby's new home for Veterinary Care.

Have taken both of my dogs here. Staff is always very thorough and helpfull. They have taken great care of my dogs, for much less than other vets. Bottom line is great care, friendly staff and low prices....cant beat it!!

EMPATHY... they have lots. And super nice staff, the whole lot! The vet we had , O'Brien was very skilled, explained the why for every exam and findings. Clearly a consummate professional with a lot of experience and skills. This is my favorite vet place. I wish I had doctors that Good. I kinda want to dress up as a 170lbs Rottweiler so I can get excellent health care at quite reasonable prices! Woof And they have the most efficient checkout process ... right in the exam room. Forgot to mention that they have a staggering amount of services.. hydrotherapy and much more. Very convenient location off I25
