After a very traumatic experience at a previous clinic, I am incredibly thankful for Dr. Clouse and the ACCCC Team. About 3 years ago, my pug had a frightening anesthesia incident elsewhere that left me very hesitant and anxious about future care. (I was told she had passed while under, than literally called later and the tech said "Sorry wrong dog. Her heart did stop but she's actually alive. Haha.") I immediately wanted to find a new clinic and came across here and saw all the positive reviews. Dr. Clouse truly listened to my concerns and took a thoughtful approach before surgery. Which really made me feel seen and entrusted them with my pet's health. They took very good care of my cat. After his surgery, they followed up to see how he was doing and were available for my questions. Had a great experience with them!

In short, highly recommend! My kitties received great care from Dr. Fu’s team. The checkup sessions were run so smoothly that I myself feel physically well after our visits. Dr. Fu is thorough, patient, and gentle, everything my cats need.

We've worked mostly with Dr. Fu and recently had a couple of appointments with Dr. Morrow when he was out. Both are amazing veterinarians. Dr. Douglas who retired about a year after we met her, was also incredible. All have been extremely compassionate people who care deeply about our animals. They all take the time to listen, answer questions, explain what they're doing as they do it and spend as much time as needed to address your concerns. I have been going to this place for years. Dr. Fu is the best ever vet for my rambunctious cat. He is very attentive, extremely detailed and patient. The ladies at the reception are outstanding in the quality of their care. I love all the people working at this Animal Care center at Cherry Way!
