Sue’s Pet Castle is the glorious result of what happens when a lovable crazy cat lady gets a business license and zero adult supervision. I walked in expecting kittens and chew toys but Sue greeted me with a ferret wearing a cape and a turtle doing laps like it was training for the Olympics in slow motion. Every corner of the store feels like Sue just said “Oooh I NEED that animal!” and added it to the ever growing Kingdom of Chaos. She even told me they’re expanding next Spring to include African wildlife because in her words, “a lion cub is basically just a spicy house cat.” Silly Sue! I don’t know whether to be concerned or to preorder my emotional support giraffe. Five stars, can’t wait to see what she domesticates next.

DO NOT SUPPORT OR CONTRIBUTE TO THIS COMPANY. I went and noticed a deceased rat in one of the enclosures, the other rats were eating the body (this is done when facing extreme hunger, overcrowding, or high stress. No matter the reason. This shouldn't have to of been an issue, there was blood scattered within their hay) one of the poor little rats looked sick, weak and obviously required medical attention. No food containers in the gerbil's enclosures, it was only FEW food pieces scattered within their bedding hay. Some of the enclosures looked way too small for the animals and the animals overall looked like they weren't receiving the necessities one needs. Many of the animals looked so obviously stressed

I love this place they have everything i could need to keep my crested gecko healthy and always are happy to help jose set up this bioactive tank for me and him and his staff are always ahuge help my favorite pet store if you have pet related questions him or his staff can point you in the right direction

What a cool pet store!! They have a much bigger selection than the big name brand pet stores, cheaper prices and they were so helpful. It was a wonderful experience getting to interact with their critters while picking out our new family members. Their customer service was excellent and you can tell they really love what they do and take wonderful care of all of their critters. I highly recommend you go see them before you go to one of the other pet places.

Cute little pet shop! We didn't really buy anything other than bird seed, but I loved seeing all of the fish, birds, reptiles, and other animals they had in store. The staff were kind and helped us with all our needs. Totally recommend going here.
